Is the theatre open?
Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday 12noon until 6pm for phone and counter sales.
On performance days we will remain open until the shows have begun.
Telephone lines are open from 12noon until 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
How do I book tickets for future shows?
Tickets can be purchased at the Crucible in person, over the telephone (opening times listed above) and online 24 hours a day. If you haven't booked online before, check out our guide to booking online.
What happens if I book an event that is cancelled?
In the event a show being cancelled, you will be offered a full refund, credit or transfer to another performance of the show (if possible).
What happens if I can't attend due to ill health?
Please contact the Box Office in advance of the performance and we’ll credit your account or transfer you so that you can enjoy a performance with us at a later date.
I have a Gift Voucher which I haven’t been able to use as a result of closure, what can I do?
We can extend this voucher for you. Please email [email protected] and we will arrange this for you.
