Is the theatre open?
Following the latest government guidance, our buildings are now closed until 2 December.
Is the show I have booked for still going ahead? How do I request a refund?
We are currently making plans for the remaining productions in the Together Season - we will be in touch with all customers as soon as possible. Thank you for your support and patience.
You will hear from us no later than the week the show was due to be with us, outlining further details of rescheduling or cancellation and how to obtain a refund.
Once you receive an email from us with your options, if you choose to obtain a refund, please be assured that your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is complete.
Is the Pop-Up Panto still due to go ahead?
Our plans currently remain unchanged and we are very much looking forward to the show. We will continue to monitor the latest government advice and will be in touch with all customers should there be any change.
How do I book tickets for future shows?
Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day. If you haven't booked online before, check out our guide to booking online.
What happens if I book an event that is cancelled?
In the event a show being cancelled, you will be offered a full refund, credit or transfer to another performance of the show (if possible).
What happens if I can't attend due to ill health?
Please contact the Box Office in advance of the performance and we’ll credit your account or transfer you so that you can enjoy a performance with us at a later date.
I have a Gift Voucher which I haven’t been able to use as a result of closure, what can I do?
We can extend this voucher for you. Please email [email protected] and we will arrange this for you.
