Is the theatre open?
Following the latest government guidance, our buildings are currently closed.
Is the Pop-Up Panto still due to go ahead?
Damian's Pop-Up Panto is unable to go ahead with a live audience however until Sun 3 January you can experience all the sparkle of Christmas and the joy of panto by watching On Demand! Find out more here.
How do I book tickets for future shows?
Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day. If you haven't booked online before, check out our guide to booking online.
What happens if I book an event that is cancelled?
In the event a show being cancelled, you will be offered a full refund, credit or transfer to another performance of the show (if possible).
What happens if I can't attend due to ill health?
Please contact the Box Office in advance of the performance and we’ll credit your account or transfer you so that you can enjoy a performance with us at a later date.
I have a Gift Voucher which I haven’t been able to use as a result of closure, what can I do?
We can extend this voucher for you. Please email [email protected] and we will arrange this for you.
