Making Room Observer: A Doll's House
Sheffield Theatres are looking for a Making Room Observer to join the company of A Doll’s House throughout rehearsals.
Making Room Observer opportunities are for aspiring and early-career theatre creatives based locally to Sheffield Theatres who want to familiarise with professional rehearsal practice.
Who might benefit most from observing the process for A Doll's House?
“This opportunity would be great for an emerging artist who has an interest in revitalising a female-centric, classic text for a contemporary Sheffield audience.
It would also suit those looking to integrate music and movement into their practice and those interested in eliciting intimate, naturalistic performances, at scale, especially against a non-naturalistic background.
This Observer Director opportunity would also suit someone who enjoys creative collaboration.”
- Elin Schofield, Director of A Doll’s House
