
Today we announce the eight members of the 2025 Theatremakers Group at Sheffield Theatres. The members are: Will Batty, Terri Jade Donovan, Connie Fiddament, Thananya Kaewsanthia, Urooj Ali Khan, Ke Li, Lennie Longworth, and Sam Sayan.
Tommi Bryson, Talent Development Coordinator at Sheffield Theatres, said:
“Now in its third year, this initiative continues to go from strength to strength in supporting the ability and community of local emerging talent. Artists are at the forefront of our creative development programme and we're thrilled to have these new group members and co-mentors on this journey with us.”
The next evolution of the New Dramaturgs Group, this programme is designed to support early-career theatre creatives develop their dramaturgical and collaborative skills over four months of workshops. The 2025 Theatremakers Group will be mentored by Kash Arshad, Annie May Fletcher, Frey Kwa Hawking, Jessica Millward, John Rwothomack, and Lauren Yvonne Townsend.
