What A Knight! is a musical play where a young squire, Watt Cobblers, is expelled from Knight School and reluctantly becomes Merlin's apprentice.

Chaos ensues as Camelot Castle collapses, Merlin loses Excalibur, King Arthur's daughters are kidnapped, and knights turn into chickens. Watt, along with a talking dragon and a wayward princess, embark on a quest to rescue the princesses, find Excalibur, and defeat the evil Black Knight.
