Football in the Square
Tudor Square
About
Saturday 21 March, 10am - 1pm, Tudor Square
On Saturday 21 March, we once again open our doors and invite everyone to join us for a day of free to attend, family-friendly football themed fun!
Between 10.30am and 1pm we'll be playing Football in the Square and giving you all chance to test your skills! You'll need to be as quick as Chloe Kelly to survive the Cone Attack and then be as accurate as Alex Greenwood to score maximum points in our Penalty Shoot Out.
Inside the Crucible, find out more about the inspirational women who laid the foundations for women's footballers across the country in our exhibition. You can also hear how football has influenced members of our community at our Listening Post.
Get creative in our two Life Drawing sessions at 10.30am and 12.00pm! With a model wearing costumes from our current production of The Ladies Football Club. Places are limited, book yours
And between our matinee and evening performances, there's opportunity to find out more about the history of Women and Football in Sheffield (1867 - 1921), with our special guest speaker Ruth Johnson from Football Unites Racism Divides. Reserve you place by booking your tickets
