FAQS for £10 credit gift

Can I use my credit on all shows?

Yes, your £10 credit is available to use on all shows and price bands across the Crucible, Lyceum and Playhouse except for Snooker tournaments and Music in the Round concerts.

I keep trying to book tickets but the £10 isn’t coming off my order?

Please make sure that you’ve logged into your Sheffield Theatres account. The account has to be the same one that you used to buy your most recent tickets in order for the discount to be applied.

But it’s still not working?

At the Order Summary section of the checkout it will say ‘current credit available £10’ (as per the image below) tick the box underneath and this money will be deducted from the total.

If you’ve gone through the booking process to the payment stage and the credit still hasn’t been applied, then please call our Box Office on 0114 249 6000.

What happens if I book tickets after the credit expires?

Your £10 credit will expire after the highlighted deadline and cannot be applied after this date.

But there isn’t any shows I want to see – can I not keep it for longer?

No, once the credit has expired on your account it can’t then be reapplied at a later date. You don’t have to see a show in this time period, you just need to make sure you spend your credit on a future performance before it expires.

Can I share this credit with my friend?

The credit has only been supplied to your account and can’t be transferred to another Sheffield Theatres account.
