Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday 10am until 6pm for phone and counter sales.

On performance days the counter will remain open until the shows have begun.

As the Crucible prepares to host the Cazoo World Snooker Championship, there will be some changes to our opening times over the coming weeks.

Crucible Kitchen will be closed throughout the tournament. It will close at 4pm on Saturday 13 April and will remain closed until Tuesday 7 May, when it will once again be open from 10am until 4pm.

The Box Office counter will also be closed from 6pm on Saturday 13 April until 10am on Saturday 20 April. During this time, customers will be able to purchase tickets via our website or over the phone (0114 249 6000).

The Box Office counter and telephone lines will both be closed on Tuesday 7 May (no counter service or phone service), please use our website for bookings.

Box Office will then be open as usual from 10am on Wednesday 8 May.

If you or a member of your party are unwell and unable to attend a performance, please let the Box Office know in advance of the show by calling 0114 249 6000 (lines opens 10am until 6pm) or emailing supervisors@sheffieldtheatres.co.uk and we will be happy to offer an exchange for another performance in the same production or a credit voucher if the show is in the final few days.
