is a musician, a singer songwriter inspired by the West African Griot repertoire. Born into the great line of Kouyate Griot in Southern Senegal, Kadialy’s mesmerising kora playing and singing style have been appreciated in many prestigious venues as both a soloist and in different ensembles.

Enjoy the joyful harmonies of Southern Africa with SOSA-XA! Led by Tonde Phiri from Zimbabwe this Sheffield based intercultural choir sings (and moves) Imbube style in a variety of Southern African languages. Get involved, have fun, and expect to dance!

Mulembas D'Africa
2.00pm - 2.30pm
Expect an energetic performance in celebration of vibrant Africa. Focusing in the Angolan dance style and experiences of the African diaspora, Angelina brings a world of African dance fusion and the portray of a community through raw moving energy.

K.O.G. and the Zongo Brigade
4.00pm - 5.00pm

Under the leadership of the outrageously talented whirlwind of energy that is Kweku Sackey aka Ghanaian force of nature KOG, the 8-piece Zongo brigade deliver infectious, high-energy West African grooves, drawing on afrobeat, soul, funk, rock and reggae to create a totally original sound that leaves every crowd dripping with sweat and begging for more.
