What will Britain look and feel like – both to Britons and to the rest of the world looking in– when it is no longer a member of the European Union?

When Article 50 was triggered in March 2018, Sky Arts launched Art 50, in collaboration with The Barbican, Sage Gateshead, Baltic and Storyvault Films, inviting artists from all walks of life and art forms, to each create a piece of work examining post Brexit Britain. A number of the commissioned artists join Newsnight's Kirsty Wark to discuss their projects and how they reveal ways we’re redefining ourselves.
