Sheffield Theatres are seeking an Assistant Stage Manager (Book Cover) to work alongside the established stage management team on Little Shop of Horrors.
As Assistant Stage Manager (Book Cover), you will assist the established resident team in the running of rehearsals, the making and buying of props, as well as supporting the team during technical and preview rehearsals. You will learn the show call plot & cover scheduled performances as well as emergency cover.
Do you have experience in:
- Working in a regional repertory theatre
- Prop research, making and sourcing skills.
- Supporting the requirements of the rehearsal room
- Achieving the highest standards in stage management
- Managing petty cash and working within budget
- Book Cover calling to a safe and consistent degree.
- Producing clear and concise show paperwork
We are also looking for someone detail orientated with strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
