For those of you visiting the theatres, you may have noticed an elephant or two taking up residence in Tudor Square.

The beautiful sculptures are part of the Herd of Sheffield, an initiative brought to you by Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Wild in Art. There are 58 elephants in total dotted around the city, and a further 72 that are part of the Little Herd, the little calf elephants designed by local schools.

There are three elephants located near the Crucible, and you can follow a city-wide trail to collect them all. Download the App and collect points to unlock special offers as you meet the elephants, or simply enjoy discovering the Herd as you explore the city!

The elephants will be roaming free in Sheffield until Wednesday 5 October. To find out more information click here.
