It’s #GivingTuesday!

This festive season, help us bring the magic of theatre to people living with dementia and their families.

As a registered charity, Sheffield Theatres relies on donations to deliver dementia friendly creative activities. Our much-loved dementia friendly tea dances, singing workshops and performances bring people together, encourage self-expression, and support people living with dementia to explore their creativity.

Please consider making a difference by donating today.

  • £6 could enable a person living with dementia to experience the joy of music, song and dance at one of our monthly tea dances
  • £10 could pay for a person with dementia to attend an intergenerational workshop, bringing them together with local school groups, fostering a sense of community and changing perceptions about what people living with dementia can achieve.
  • On 3 January, we’re hosting a specially adapted performance of Kiss Me, Kate. £15 could pay for a companion ticket so that a carer, friend or family member can accompany a person with dementia to a dementia friendly performance.
