Together they share their struggles, their joys, tragedies and broken dreams in order to find healing in the present.
Here’s What She Said to Me combines drama with music, poetry and movement to tell a moving story of mothers and daughters in the world of migrations and shifting identities, braving life with an undying hope, optimism and resilience.
The production, which opened for a limited run at the Crucible on 30 October, was the first live performance on our stage in over seven months. The run was cut short due to second national lockdown restrictions. The show has now been made available to stream for one month via Utopia Theatre’s YouTube channel.
