Elves and the Shoemakers - Workshops in Schools
The Elves are brilliant at making shoes! Did you know they are helping the shoemakers? If you are coming to see our show, we would love to come and visit you at your school! Together we will explore the story of The Elves and The Shoemakers.
Through immersive theatre, you will find out about the lives of the shoemakers. What is it like not to have enough money for food or heat? How would you feel when you realise someone has helped you in a magical way? What would you do for them in return?

A term long creative project embedded into the curriculum which practically engages children and young people with every aspect of storytelling and the theatre-making process, including playwriting, technical theatre, design, Marketing and performing.

Enriched with a tour and explore of the theatres and technical workshops, this narrative is then transformed into a brand new piece of theatre, written in collaboration with them and for them to perform.
