A Knight at the Crucible with Sir Ian McKellen

Sir Ian McKellen was in the first performance on the Crucible stage. Since then he has played a lot of Shakespeare, visited Middle Earth and starred as Captain Hook to Daniel Evans' Peter Pan at the National Theatre.

There have also been a couple of solo shows that took him to South Africa, Europe and the USA. Now a new one brings Sir Ian back to Sheffield to celebrate the opening of the new Crucible.

Expect chat and some acting in what is sure to be an unmissable night with one of the country's finest actors.
